Trinity Baptist is growing and is poised to operate as a regional church in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA).  We have begun strategic hires to take us to the next level of effectiveness in our community. Although Trinity has experienced significant growth lately, we believe we're uniquely positioned by God to reach new people and new levels of ministry in our community. This person will partner with our staff and lay leaders to develop, direct, and lead worship at our Campus Churches.   If you can answer yes to these questions, you may be just the right person to lead our campus worship!   Are you passionate about leading a growing body of believers in worship at a multi-campus church?  Do you want to spend time invested in the lives of our church family coming alongside in Christlike fellowship?  Are you gifted in worship, leading with your voice and instrument and excited to do so in Sunday worship services and special services?  Are you ready to join a team of like minded pastors & worship leaders?

The Campus Worship Leader will express their bold love of God in creative, energetic, but humble worship leading that our family finds compelling and contagious. They are intentional about leading themselves and others to become more Christ-like through passionate, surrendered worship leading. They understand the dynamic of prayerfully leading effective corporate worship times and do so with creativity and passion. They thrive in a team environment, can envision, energize, and develop leaders to lead in our multiplying campuses with current expressions of worship and are fiercely committed to develop teams that practice excellence.  As part of a ministry at the campus, he/she will engage in other specific ministry activities not necessarily part of worship, including leadership, discipleship, prayer and other events as directed by the Senior Pastor.  Additionally, in Trinity Baptist Ministries multi-campus model, he/she may be asked to be an active part of other churchwide collaborative teams according to his/her gifts and abilities.
