Accidents & Injuries
In the event of an injury or accident during VBS, a written incident report is required for any situation involving a bump, scrape, fall, allergic reaction, or other medical concern (no matter how minor it may seem). If an injury occurs, please notify the Director in your area and they will call the on-site medic, unless it is a life-threatening emergency. In case of a life threatening emergency, call 911. This helps us ensure proper documentation and follow-up with families.
